Gas Mask.
This picture was taken in Quito in Oct/1999 during Guagua Pichincha's volcanic eruption. It was necessary to use gas mask, otherwise the Issue Sheets would not be issued !!
In the smaller picture, Plinio Benavides and his colleague are awaiting the Issue Sheets eagerly.
